Access & Program Availability
Access to programs may be provided through a one-time purchase or an ongoing membership, each subject to the terms below.
Lifetime Access Policy
Lifetime Access means access for the lifetime of the program, not for the lifetime of the purchaser, instructor, or company owner.
With a one-time payment, customers receive access to the core program content for as long as the program remains available and supported on our platform.
Where downloads are enabled, customers may download and retain copies of PDFs and downloadable video materials for personal, non-commercial use.
Downloaded materials may be kept indefinitely.
Lifetime Access includes access to updates made to the core program while it remains available online.
Access does not include future programs, add-ons, or separate offerings unless expressly stated.
If the program is retired, discontinued, or archived, customers will receive at least sixty (60) days’ notice and the opportunity to download the most current version of all available downloadable materials prior to removal.
Refunds & Cancellations
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible purchases. If you request a refund within thirty (30) days of purchase and meet the eligibility requirements outlined in our Refund Policy, you may receive a refund, less any non-refundable processing or transaction fees.
Except as expressly stated under the 30-day money-back guarantee, we do not provide refunds for sign-up fees, membership or subscription fees, course fees, or other digital products, whether or not the content has been accessed or used.
The Monthly Kids Activities Plan Membership is subscription-based and set to auto-renew monthly or annually to ensure uninterrupted access, unless you selected a one-time payment option. You may cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your Account dashboard.
Upon cancellation, all future recurring charges will stop. Payments that have already been processed are not refundable, except where required under the 30-day money-back guarantee. A cancellation confirmation email will be sent and serves as proof of cancellation.
You are responsible for managing your account, subscriptions, login credentials, and cancellations. Refunds are not provided for unused services, as access to content is available throughout the active subscription period.
When a membership ends, you may retain any downloadable PDFs obtained during active access. These materials are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only and may not be shared, resold, hosted, or distributed.
We reserve the right to enforce these policies to protect the integrity of our programs and services.

If you change your mind about the Services within this period and wish to cancel your order, please inform Us immediately using the following email: montessorifromtheheart@gmail.com. Your right to cancel during the cooling off period is subject to the provisions of sub-Clause 14.2.
- 14.2 As specified in sub-Clause 13.6, if the Services are to begin within the cooling off period you are required to make an express request to that effect. By requesting that the Services begin within the 14 calendar day cooling off period you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- 14.2.1 If the Services are fully performed within the 14 calendar day cooling off period, you will lose your right to cancel after the Services are complete.
- 14.2.2 If you cancel the Services after provision has begun but is not yet complete you will still be required to pay for the Services supplied up until the point at which you inform Us that you wish to cancel. The amount due shall be calculated in proportion to the full price of the Services and the actual Services already provided. Any sums that have already been paid for the Services shall be refunded subject to deductions calculated in accordance with the foregoing. Refunds, where applicable, will be issued within 5 working days and in any event no later than 14 calendar days after you inform Us that you wish to cancel.
